HOW TO CANCEL AUTOSHIP
Recurring payments must be canceled and submitted to Ardyss within five (5) business days before the next Recurring Order shipment. To change, disable, amend or revoke your Recurring Order you may:
1. Call Distributor Support Services at 1-866-811-5499; or
2. Fax a written notice of cancellation containing the date, your name, your Distributor I.D., your intent to cancel and your signature to 1-866-887-1831; or
3. E-mail request@ardyss.com; or
4. Send your written cancellation to: Ardyss International, 470 Mirror Court, Henderson, NV 89011, Attn: Distributor Support Services.
