What is the Return and Exchange Policy

ARDYSS GARMENTS

Please try on your garment as soon as possible and remember to contact us if you have trouble on the first day. If you need a new size, please ensure your have the original packaging, and the garment is in perfect condition (i.e. no deodorant stains, or perfume smells) and notify us & ship back the product within 30 days of your purchase date. Because the garments are personal and sized just for you, we do not offer refunds on the product. Also, we only allow for one exchange. So, please ensure you request the proper size or contact us to assist you with the sizing. RMA request is required prior to sending back any garments for exchange. You can obtain a RMA by emailing ardysssystem@yahoo.com or log on to your online account.

JULIE FRANCE GARMENTS

Returns are accepted for any goods that are defective or incorrectly shipped. Please promptly examination of merchandise upon delivery. Any discrepancies between the description of goods on the invoice/packing slip and the quantity or type of goods actually received must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt. Any customer not reporting a discrepancy within the 10 days period shall relinquish such rights. Julie France will not accept exchanges of body shapers worn or washed. We do not offer refunds. LE MYSTERE GARMENTS

Please try your garment on immediately. You have 15 days from receipt of garment to request a store credit on Le Mystere Garments. The garment must be returned within 30 days. The garment must be in perfect condition. At this time, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on Le Mystere Garments. RMA request is required prior to sending back any garments for exchange. BALI, HANES, PLAYTEX, CHAMPION, WONDERBRA, BARELY THERE & SQUEEM GARMENTS

You have 20 days from the date of receipt to request a exchange. We will assessed a 25% restocking fee through the card you initially charged your order or you can send via money order. Squeem, Bali, Hanes, Champion, Wonderbra, Barely There, and Playtex products can not be returned for a refund. They can only be exchanged for the same product, but different size and/or color. The garment must be in perfect condition. There are no refunds for these Garments. RMA request is required prior to sending back any garments for exchange. ANNETTE SHAPEWEAR GARMENTS

You may exchange all undamaged, unused items purchased within 2 weeks of the original delivery. All returned items must include the original labels and packaging. If the merchandise is damaged, used, or without labels, we will be unable to complete the exchange. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, please contact us via ardysssystem@yahoo.com or logon to your online account and we will reply within 24 hours. If you received the wrong order or a damaged garment, please contact us immediately.

NUTRITION AND SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

(except HCG 21 day Program)

There will be no refunds or exchanges due to safety precautions. HCG Satisfaction Guarantee or send everything back used or unopened within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less 35% disposal fee.
Guarantee only valid with the basic 21 program. Note that any promotion codes, sales, specials or coupons negate the money back guarantee. There is no return policy for our 40-day programs or couples kits as these are already heavily discounted. If you are concerned that this may not work for you, you must purchase a single 21 day program to be eligible for a refund. If a promotion code or coupon is used there are no refunds. If a product is bought during a sale or special there are no refunds. The returned bottle must have some hcg drops in it. There are no refunds for empty or diluted returned bottles.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Effective February 4, 2011 - any exchanges request on promotional products that is not listed as an Overstock Item, we will charge your initial product order credit card the difference of the original sell price (i.e. if we sell a Body Magic for $120.00 and you pay the promo price of $95.00, you will be require to pay $25.00 for an exchange) or the customer may submit a money order for the difference. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER EXCHANGES

A restocking fee of $29.00 will be assessed. Sorry, all non-US. Continental customers including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all International customers are responsible for freight fees under all circumstances. (We know that this can be difficult, but we must stick with this policy for all international customers. Many stores and resellers just choose not to deal with international clients due to the high risks. We have chosen to but only with this strict policy in place. Hence for all international international customers, be aware of this). We will charge your credit card of record these additional charges. There are no refunds. Items will be exchanged for the same product, but different size or color ONLY.
